To create long term product planning and positioning, we need to know about the product target market and the trends. The research process begins by collecting data, then we talk to the consumers. We observe them in the field to understand what they need and what they want with the product. This phase will eventually reveal the truth about your product and your consumers in the market.

Competitive Analysis

We need to know what the product competitor is doing, about the product competitor position in the market and what the product target market perceives about the product competitor. Based on this analysis, we can create a strategy to make the product stand above its competitors.

Product Uniqueness

Product uniqueness is the product strength we need to explore and utilize as the product identity, which will differentiate the product from the others. With this we can build a unique product brand and place the product better in the marketplace.

Product and Consumer Relationship

To get the target market attention, the product does not only have to be interesting, but also needs to be relevant and helpful for them. We need to listen to what consumer wants and needs. We have to communicate with them like a friend, not like a merchant. We keep these points in mind when creating the concept for the product promotion.

Concept

The main idea and the research result will be used to create conceptual prototypes. Depending on the type of the project or the product, the prototyping begins by creating an interaction model or an ecosystem to understand what the target market behaviours. We will identify the issues that currently happen in the market, then we will create a conceptual solution to overcome these issues. Once the concept has been created, we can create prototypes such as sketches, storyboards, mock-ups, animatics or fully functional applications as the proof of concept.

Planning

The research result will also be used to set the priorities of the works and to create a long term road map. Organized planning and priorities will create organized workflow, which eventually will create high quality work for a long term plan.
